We’re excited to announce an upgrade to our Online Banking. This enhanced version is will be available to you end the end of May, 2020.
Our upgraded Online Banking has a more modern look and feel as well as improved navigation layout to provide easier access to all your accounts and other functions. It’s also designed to give you a more intuitive layout and better functionality across all of your devices. You’ll have access to 18 months’ worth of statement histories and will have even more options for spending and account alerts.
Will I need to re-enroll?
No. Your existing security credentials will continue to work.
I have bill payments scheduled. Will they be impacted?
No. Any scheduled bill payments will be processed without changes. Please note - do not create any new payments on May 20th, 2020. Anything created prior to May 20th or after the upgrade will be unaffected.
I currently have account alerts. Will they need to be recreated?
No. All account alerts will continue to work as scheduled.
Will this change impact my ability to access the ALEC Mobile app?
No. You can continue to use your existing security credentials or Touch ID to access the ALEC Mobile app.
