Membership in ALEC is available to:
- Employees of Abbott and AbbVie
- Retirees of Abbott and AbbVie
- Family members of current Abbott and AbbVie employees, including, but not limited to the following:
- Domestic Partner
- Legal Dependent
All members must open a Savings account and maintain a $5 balance to be eligible for any additional ALEC products and services.
You can apply for membership two easy ways.
Simply visit any ALEC Service Center.
Or complete a membership application. Then just:
Print, sign and mail the application along with a minimum Savings deposit of $5 (along with any other monies to fund your account) to this address:

Please include a legible copy of your Abbott or AbbVie badge or a valid driver’s license or another form of government-issued ID (Passport, non-driver or military ID) with your application.
