ALEC's Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) allow you to speak to an ALEC Branch Services Representative via video screen with the touch of a button while giving you the option to take advantage of the machine's 24/7 ATM functionality.
Our Branch Service Representatives can help you with a variety of transactions, including:
- Cashing a check
- Making deposits and withdrawals
- Making loan or credit card payments
- Transferring funds between accounts
- Setting up travel notices
This ITM is available during Gurnee business hours on Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
