One-time payment methods are currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to restore full payment functionality.
Payments can be made by:
- Transferring funds directly from your ALEC account using the Transfer Funds tab in Online Banking
- Funds can be transferred from another financial institution into your ALEC checking account and can be used to make credit card payments
- Setting up recurring payments temporarily until One Time Payment functionality is restored
- Using another financial institution's method for bill payment and set up your ALEC credit card as a bill to be paid
- Payments from other financial institutions can be made over the phone by calling 800.762.9988 during normal business hours Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm CST
- Please have your routing and account number handy
- ALEC is waiving the $5 processing fee until full payment functionality is back on. If you were charged a fee post migration, you will be receiving a refund.

2025 Tax Information and Tax Preparation Discounts
Your 2025 tax documents are now available! If you are not enrolled in e-notices, your 1099-INT and 1098-R was mailed to your address of record prior to January 31st, 2026.
Find your tax documents online
1099-INT statements will be ready by January 31st, 2026 (or earlier if you get an email telling you that your tax documents are ready).
Please note that only members who earned more than $10 in interest during 2025 will receive a 1099-INT statement from us for tax year 2025. If you are receiving a 1099-INT statement, on January 31st, 2026 (or earlier if you get an email), log in to alecu.org and select the E-Documents button in the Services menu. Then select the View Notice/Tax Form option. (You will only receive a 1099-INT statement if you earned $10 or more in interest with ALEC during 2025.)
For ALEC Mobile App Users, click on the More option in the lower right-hand corner of the accounts screen, then the Statements & documents category under Services. Your tax documents may be access by clicking on the 12/31/2025 Tax Documents category.
Note, that you’ll have access to the last two years’ worth of tax notices should you need them in the future.
