Our Payment Portal is Experiencing an Outage
One-time payment methods are currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to restore full payment functionality.
Payments can be made by:
- Transferring funds directly from your ALEC account using the Transfer Funds tab in Online Banking
- Funds can be transferred from another financial institution into your ALEC checking account and can be used to make credit card payments
- Setting up recurring payments temporarily until One Time Payment functionality is restored
- Using another financial institution's method for bill payment and set up your ALEC credit card as a bill to be paid
- Payments from other financial institutions can be made over the phone by calling 800.762.9988 during normal business hours Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm CST
- Please have your routing and account number handy
- Payments can also be mailed to:

An Enhanced Card Management Experience is Here!
We’re excited to announce that a new, streamlined card management experience is live. You can now view and manage both your debit and credit cards directly within Online and Mobile Banking, without leaving our website or having to use a separate app to access your credit card information.
As part of this upgrade:
- The online credit card portal and the Credit Card Valet app have been retired.
- Credit card information is now integrated into the “Manage Cards/Cards” areas of Online and Mobile banking.
- Your payment methods, automatic payments, and e-statement preferences have been carried over seamlessly with 12 months of statement history available at your fingertips.
- You're able to enjoy the same great functionality that you experience on the debit card side, now for your credit card.
Action is required for:
- One-time payment methods – the first payment after the update needs to be re-verified.
- Credit card alerts – selections you had in place within the old system will need to be set up again in Online and Mobile banking.
- CURewards® Points – now found under Services in Online and Mobile Banking and need to be logged into each time to access.

Mobile Deposit directly into your ALEC Savings account
ALEC members can now make mobile check deposits directly into their savings accounts using the ALEC Mobile App.
This option offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing you to securely deposit checks anytime, anywhere into checking accounts, savings or money market accounts as well. Whether you're adding to your emergency fund, setting money aside for a future goal, or simply saving for a rainy day, this enhancement makes it easier than ever to grow your savings.
To get started, just open the ALEC Mobile App, tap "Deposit," and select your savings account as the destination. Then, snap a photo of the front and back of your endorsed check, and submit. It's fast, easy, and secure.
