Your new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) can do that. Need a little face-to-face time with a Member Service Representative to answer a question about an account or loan balance? The video screen on your new ITMs can
do that, too. All from the comfort of your car. The choice is yours. And either way, getting what you want has never been faster — or more convenient.

Inside the Member Service Center, you won’t see long teller lines. In fact, you won’t see any tellers behind a counter at all. Instead, you’ll be greeted by a handshake and a smile from your Universal Member Service Representative — someone dedicated to learning all your needs and providing effective solutions. No waiting. Just a way to do your business more conveniently, with one person, all at one
time — as it should be.

Your new Member Service Center will be less than a mile from our current location in Gurnee. So, while the service you’ll experience will be beyond what many other financial institutions are offering, it will be only a few seconds away in drive time.
The transition to your new Member Service Center will be seamless. No effect on your accounts. No change to your account number. ALEC’s phone number, website address and online banking program will remain the same, and so will the service you rely on from them. The only thing that’s changing is that you’ll enjoy an even better experience once our doors open!
