Enroll for Virtual Branch 

New Virtual Branch Users:

  To proceed with ONLINE enrollment  you will need to know the following:

bulletYour ALEC Member Number
bulletYour ALEC Debit Card /ATM PIN

You will be then be prompted to create a unique user ID and provide personal information for security verification  including a valid E-Mail address. The first enrollment is for Home Banking. Proceed to the second enrollment to add our optional Bill Pay Service.

Once successfully completed, you will obtain INSTANT Access. Please make sure to refer to our Online Users Guide

Bill Pay Upgrade for Current Virtual Branch Users 

If you are already enrolled for Home Banking and would like to add our optional Bill Pay Service, login into Virtual Branch and select Enroll for Bill Pay from the left navigation (Found under Options)  

If you do not have an ALEC PIN
bulletComplete our Virtual Branch request form. Once complete you will be contacted when your account has been set up and will be ready to access. (Please allow 5-7 business days for account access)
